Assalamu’alaikum Warrohmatullohi Wabarokatuh..

The honorable judges and the honerable audiences that i really respect, let’s be gratefull by saying Alhamdulillah because  until now, Alloh SWT still gives a chance for us to be here in the good and happy situation. Our sholawat and greeting are always delivered on our great Prophet Muhammad SAW, which has brought us from the darkness to be brighter.

Dear audiences, in this speech contest I  want to tell you about education. And allow me to deliver my speech has a tittle of “Religious  Education”.

Dear audiences, in Islamic teachings, education is an absolute human life needs to be met to achieve the prosperity and happiness of the world and the hereafter. Therefore, Islam requires that all his people to carry out the education so that they can distinguish which ones are right and which are wrong, and can explore the nature of nature. With the education, someone will be able to reach the level of the first true piety or Islamic personality. As god commanded almighty in the Qu’ran letter Ali-Imran verse 102.

At least 18 years of time the son of man spent on the bench, starting kindergarten education to college. The institution became a second home to put kids into a dignified adult human. It is the central point of moral education and one of the external factors that could affect moral development of the nation generation. It will be more real if the school as the institution seeks to instill and develop moral child with through religious education.

Dear Audiences, How important the role of religion in moral development to the extent former President of RI Soekarno repeatedly confirmed: “Religion is absolute first in national and development elements of character”. If observed, the failure of the national education in print good people was caused by the application of the concept of the less maximum of religious education.

Religious education given school surroundings impressed only concern lessons that took place in the classroom through the intelligentsia (brain intelligence), or the pursuit of the target curriculum without any referral to build a religious personal and good virtuous. Religious education in new school managed to reach at this stage of knowledge, haven't touched the application of (charity) and attitude. When the religion is not rote shown by number. The perfect faith is attitude. The mirror from the faith is had good behavior (akhlaqul karimah).

Therefore, religious education being taught in school should not only in the form of the granting of religious knowledge. But wider than that, that is evocative feeling/child emotion, so that the values of religion will be more embedded and we appreciate it by children’s student for the next to be practiced both within and outside the class.

So the speech that I can tell, I hope it is useful for us, aamiin. If in the submission of this speech a lot of mistakes, I am sorry for that. Thank you for your attention.
